Provisions Lot F Training Packet
In my four and a half years at Provisions, I have been a barista, barista trainer, server, and server trainer. While I was a barista trainer, I decided to create a packet that could be used as a helpful guide behind the counter for new employees, in order to maintain efficiency and streamline our training process. Within the packet are drink recipes, plating guides, cleaning checklists, and general how-to instructions for equipment behind the counter. Berlin Packaging Product Guides
I was hired as a freelance content creator a few years ago by Berlin Packaging, to design product manuals that could be of use to both customers and new employees, as a means to learn more about what Berlin Packaging had to offer in terms of specific packaging products. I was asked to make rich content with engaging and user-friendly visuals.
Jeff’s Pizza Menu Rebrand
In a Technical Communications course I took at Iowa State, one of our assignments was to find a restaurant menu and redesign it. As Jeff’s Pizza is located across from Iowa State’s campus, and our college town’s staple, I decided to use Iowa State’s cardinal and gold as the color palette.
